At Radiant Logic, she sits at the intersection of People and Strategy, aligning talent, organizational design, and long-range planning with the company’s growth and value-creation goals.
A builder by instinct, Lee-Johnson has led people functions through hypergrowth, M&A integration, and pre-IPO scaling. At Twitch, she helped scale the organization from 400 to 1,700 employees across 17 countries during its post-Amazon-acquisition integration. At Checkr, she built the People function from the ground up as a founding member of the executive leadership team. At Addepar, she led total rewards and equity strategy for a late-stage pre-IPO fintech.
