Teresa Richardson is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, business transformation, and operational excellence in high-growth enterprise technology companies. As Vice President of Global Revenue Operations at Radiant Logic, she leads strategic initiatives to optimize sales processes, drive revenue growth, and enhance business efficiency.
With deep expertise in cybersecurity, SaaS, and enterprise software, Teresa has led Revenue Operations and GTM strategy at several cybersecurity startups. She has successfully built and scaled global teams, optimized sales processes, and implemented data-driven strategies that drive efficiency, predictability, and growth.
Teresa holds a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University, where she was an accomplished student-athlete. A Volleyball All-American, Pac-10 Player of the Year, and Stanford Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, she brings the same competitive mindset and strategic discipline to her professional career as she did on the court.
