Hilton Romanski is Co-founder and Managing Partner of Ridgeview Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth in technology, media, and telecom. He brings 30 years of experience spanning private equity, investment banking, and executive leadership.
Previously, Hilton served as Chief Strategy Officer at Cisco, where he led strategic growth, acquisitions, and investments that helped expand the company’s global reach. Earlier in his career, he was a Partner at Siris Capital and began his professional journey at J.P. Morgan.
Hilton holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Columbia College.
