1. What is the cancellation policy?
For full refunds, cancel within 60 calendar days of registration/no later than 30 days prior to course. No-shows/late cancellations pay full cost. Insufficient enrollment 30+ days out gets rescheduled or refunded.
2. Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we can develop a training program for multiple team members on any of the modules or all of them, just let us know what you want and we can develop a plan to meet your needs and budget.
3. What about custom training sessions?
