Management Team

Joe Sander

Chief executive officer

Joe Sander is a four-time CEO with deep operational experience in creating organic growth, profit, and successful exits for investor-backed and growth-focused SaaS technology companies. Passionate about business strategy, profitability, and data-driven approaches, Joe has concentrated his expertise in leading businesses across all aspects of the business ecosystem to positively impact customers, employees, board members, and investors. He is known for attracting and retaining high-potential executive talent to achieve stellar results while also creating a healthy, diverse culture that champions great teams.

Joe has special expertise in Global Operations and Strategy, Business Transformation and Value-Creation Growth, and Organizational Leadership. His education includes a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing (Appalachian State University, Young Executive Institute (UNC), Executive Program for CEOs (MindShare), and Global Partnerships (Kellogg School of Business).

Deborah McGinn

Chief Marketing Officer

Deborah McGinn is a growth-focused leader who brings over 20 years of enterprise, SMB and consumer marketing experience and has an excellent track record in the cybersecurity industry. Recognized for her ability to unify teams, streamline processes, and leverage cutting edge marketing techniques that drive results, McGinn will modernize Radiant Logic’s marketing and sales enablement efforts. McGinn’s range of global marketing experience across cloud security, consumer packaged goods, and sports marketing positions her to lead Radiant Logic to unlock new market opportunities.

Deborah has her MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Justin Sollenne

Chief Financial Officer

With upwards of 15 years of finance leadership positions, developing a wealth of experience from a variety of different industries, Justin Sollenne is expertly positioned to offer strategic leadership to Radiant Logic as the Chief Financial Officer.

Most recently, Sollenne was CFO of NetMotion Software, a Carlyle backed firm and leader in the Enterprise VPN/Zero Trust Network Access space. Prior to that, Sollenne was previously the CFO at iboss Cybersecurity where he was instrumental in raising their $35M Series A round with Goldman Sachs. He has also worked at Websense, as the Manager of Global FP&A, where he was responsible for a $300M budget and participated in Websense’s $1B+ acquisition by Vista Equity Partners.

Justin attended the University of Nevada, Reno earning his BS in Finance.

Chad McDonald

Chief of Staff & CISO

Chad brings more than 20 years’ experience building and managing information security programs. Chad has leveraged his security leadership to dozens of organizations across the technology, education and medical sectors. Prior to Radiant Logic, Chad defined security and technical integrations of 5 acquisitions and attained FedRAMP-in-Process status for Digital.ai. While serving as the Executive Director of the Office of the CISO at Optiv, he defined the security strategy for a $70 billion dollar merger between two technology giants.

Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, as well as multiple certifications including CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and PMP (Project Management Professional).

John Pritchard

Chief Product Officer

John is Chief Product Officer at Radiant Logic, responsible for the company’s global product vision and leading engineering, product and design. John joined Radiant Logic from Okta, where he served as Vice President of Product Management for Okta’s Developer and Partner Ecosystem. His background is in new product development of fault-tolerant distributed SaaS systems and brings more than 25 years of product and engineering experience from Adobe, IBM and Lockheed-Martin.

John holds a B.S in Information Systems from American University, a M.S. in Telecommunications from George Washington University, an MBA from Duke University and is currently completing his PhD at the University of Denver with a research focus on Artificial Intelligence.

James Love

Chief Revenue Officer

James has more than 20 years of GTM experience with deep Zero Trust experience. Jim was CRO of Illumio where he grew sales to record-breaking numbers, growing revenue by over 300 percent. Prior to joining Illumio, Jim was President of Arxan Technologies, growing annual revenues almost 500% and leading to an acquisition by TPG. Jim graduated summa cum laude with an MBA in finance from the Texas A&M university system and lives in Dallas with his wife and two daughters.

Ashutosh Agrawal

Managing Director TA Associates

Ashu focuses on investments in software and technology-enabled services companies, and is a member of TA’s Core Investment and Portfolio Committees. He serves on the Board of Directors of Edifecs, Idera, LeadVenture, Planview, Power Line Systems and Radiant Logic, and is actively involved in TA’s investment in Aptean, Flexera and LegalZoom. Ashu formerly served on the Boards of Aptean, Bomgar, Flexera, Maintenance Connection, Mitratech, Prometheus Group and Viewpoint. Prior to joining TA in 2011, he was a Principal at Francisco Partners, where he served on the Board of Directors of a number of private technology companies, including EF Johnson Technologies, Grass Valley, Mincom, Primavera Systems and WatchGuard Technologies, among others. Previously, Ashu worked in the Investment Banking Division, Leveraged Finance Group, at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He received a BS degree, summa cum laude, in Computer Science and an MEng in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA degree as a Baker Scholar with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Praerit Garg

CPO & EVP Smartsheet

Praerit is Smartsheet’s chief technology officer and executive vice president of engineering. He brings more than 23 years’ experience building large-scale distributed systems and internet services, and is co-inventor on more than 25 patents. Most recently, Praerit was general manager for identity, access, and directory services at AWS. Prior to that, he co-founded Symform, a distributed internet storage startup which was acquired by Quantum. He also served for 12 years at Microsoft, was part of the original team that built Active Directory, and led the design and implementation of many of the user identity, access, and encryption features in Windows. He built and led a 300+ person organization that delivered distributed systems management capabilities across Windows, System Center, and Visual Studio products. Praerit is passionate about building an engineering culture of innovation that scales, finding simpler solutions to hard problems, and delivering great customer experiences. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Nicholas Leppla

Principal TA Associates

Nicholas focuses on investments in technology companies in North America. He serves on the Board of Directors of Arcserve (formerly StorageCraft), LeadVenture and Radiant Logic, Inc.; is a Board Observer of Confluence, HelpSystems and Planview; and was actively involved in TA’s investments in Accruent, Maintenance Connection and Prometheus Group. Prior to joining TA in 2013, Nicholas was an Analyst in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at J.P. Morgan, and was the Chief of Staff of AVG Technologies, a former TA portfolio company. He received a BA degree in Economics and Engineering Sciences (Environmental) from Yale University and an MBA degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Kris Lovejoy

Global Practice Leader, Security & Resiliency Kyndryl

Kris Lovejoy, an internationally recognized leader in the field of cybersecurity and privacy, is the Kyndryl Global Practice Leader for Security and Resiliency. Kris comes to Kyndryl from EY, one of the world’s leading professional services organizations, where she was the global consulting cybersecurity leader and responsible for the organization’s multi-billion-dollar security practice. Prior, she was the founder and CEO of BluVector Inc., an AI-powered sense and respond platform that was acquired by Comcast in 2019. Kris was also general manager of IBM’s Security Services division, where she led teams that built end-to-end security programs for IBM’s global clients. She also served as co-chair of IBM’s Women’s Diversity Committee. Kris holds U.S. and EU patents in areas around Risk Management; was named Consulting Magazine’s “Top Woman Technology Leader” in 2020; and Top Cyber Consulting Leader” in 2021 and has served as a member of the World Economic Forum’s cybersecurity committee.

Matt Medeiros

Technology CEO

Matt was most recently the Chairman and CEO of StorageCraft, a leader in data recovery solutions, where he led the merger effort between StorageCraft and ArcServe. Prior to that, Matt served as the President and CEO of SonicWALL® (NASDAQ, SNWL), a leading provider of intelligent network security and data protection solutions. In 2010, Matt took SonicWALL private in a highly successful leveraged buyout with Thoma Bravo as well as SonicWALL’s subsequent sale to Dell, where he served as the Vice President and General Manager, Security Products. Matt was also President and CEO of Philips Components where he led the merger of Philips Displays and LG Electronics. Early in his career, he was a technology leader at Apple and at NeXT. Matt has served on both public and private boards. He was the chairman of the board of LG.Philips LCD and Hosiden Displays of Japan. Matt was also an independent board member of BRE (NYSE, BRE) for seven years where he served as the compensation committee chair, audit committee member and on the executive committee for the sale of BRE to Essex Property 2014. Matt was also on the boards of SonicWALL and StorageCraft. He is currently on the board of TrimTech, and is a Trustee at Bellarmine College Preparatory School in San Jose California.

Dieter Schuller

Advisor to the Board

As the founding Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Radiant Logic, Dieter Schuller has worked with hundreds of enterprise customers to harness the full value of their identity data to solve complex business challenges.

Dieter has been instrumental in developing Radiant Logic’s customer-centric approach, and played a pivotal role in Radiant Logic’s customer success and 95%+ retention rate across the Fortune 500 and the federal government. He was also an essential asset to the acquisition of Radiant Logic by TA Associates in 2021.

Dieter joined Radiant in 2001 from Orbit Commerce (acquired by Digital River), where he developed a comprehensive sales and channel program that included direct sales, resellers, and partners. Prior to Orbit, Dieter was Vice President of International Sales at PLATINUM technology. Before being acquired in 1999 by Computer Associates for $3.5B (the largest software acquisition in history to that point), PLATINUM was a $1B systems software and services company with over 30% of their revenue attributable to the international markets.

Dieter was also a technical instructor for IBM and a partner at Greenbrier & Russel Consulting. Dieter holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business from Northern Illinois University.
