RadiantOne Architecture
RadiantOne easily integrates into your architecture using your existing resources.
Application Layer: Applications access VDS using standard LDAP v3 protocol or web services (DSML, SPML, or SCIM). To applications, the Virtual Directory looks like a standard directory tree.
Virtual Directory Server: A common abstraction layer based on XML virtualizes all data objects and their relationships. You can use VDS to expose different views of your identity data, create new hierarchies based on existing attributes, as well as update those attributes. This provides seamless interoperability between very different identity systems. VDS comes equipped with advanced wizards, which guide administrators through the required steps needed to address the most common identity use cases.
CFS (Cloud Federation Service): A secure token service (STS) which leverages VDS as a single point of access to enterprise data stores, turning your existing identity infrastructure into an identity provider (IdP).
Common Abstraction Layer: VDS can access underlying data source using standard LDAP, JDBC/ODBC, or web services protocols.
