RADIANTONE ARCHITECTURE

The RadiantOne platform leverages an XML-based abstraction layer to virtualize all data objects and their relationship, providing seamless interoperability between different identity systems. Integrated identities are published with attributes needed by your applications. Format, type, and structure of the underlying source are no longer a constraint.

RADIANTONE DEPLOYMENT

The RadiantOne platform consists of the Virtual Directory Server (VDS) and the Identity Correlation and Synchronization Server (ICS). Used in conjunction with each other, VDS and ICS provide a flexible and comprehensive identity infrastructure for all your IdM initiatives.

VDS exposes different contextual views of your identity data. Applications access this information using standard LDAP v3, Web service, or protocols such as DSML, SPML, or SAML. Applications see the VDS as a standard directory tree. New hierarchies are built using existing attributes. VDS can virtualize any data source that can be accessed using LDAP, JDBC/ODBC, or Web Service protocols.

ICS provides two key services to your identity infrastructure: object synchronization and identity correlation. At a simple level ICS supports object (identity) replication and synchronization. Using point-to-point and/or publisher-subscriber architecture, ICS provides a highly scalable infrastructure based on messaging. Identity data from disparate data sources are correlated and synchronized to build a global profile and common identity.
