Best of Breed: How to Achieve ABAC Today!

On Tuesday March 24, we are hosting our annual Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) event at the International Spy Museum. Could there be a better venue for this? Attribute Based Access Control is key to protecting data and ensuring it can only be accessed by those that should have access it to. Spies everywhere beware!

Kicking of the event is Keynote Speaker Bob Gourley, the author of “The Cyber Threat” and the Director of Intelligence in the first Department of Defense. He will be sharing lessons from direct contact with adversaries in cyber space. Other distinguished speakers include Art Friedman from the National Security Agency, Eugene Yu from the US Department of Homeland Security (NSA), and Bill Fisher from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Together with some of the leading providers of Attribute Based Access Control solutions, these experts will be presenting how this security model should be used to safeguard your most sensitive information and why Gartner predicted that by 2020, 70% of enterprises will use ABAC as the dominant mechanism to protect critical assets.

Discussions will also revolve around why more and more federal agencies are turning to Attribute based Access Control. They will include:

  • How you can assess where it is most needed in the organization
  • What is required to successfully deploy it,
  • How you gain the most effect from it
  • What results can be expected

So make a date for the Spy museum on Tuesday March 24th and find out how your organization can become secure!
