Radiant Logic Customer Video Presentations
Government Agencies and Fortune 500 Companies across different industries deploy RadiantOne to solve a variety of identity management projects. Below is a selection of videos, many from customers themselves, of how they used RadiantOne to solve complex identity and data integration challenges.
Fifth Third Bank
Jeff Anderson talks of how Radiant Logic solutions helped banking giant Fifth Third Bank.
B2C Need for Speed: The bank implemented a B2C portal solution for millions of users. RadiantOne provided a single access point, tying in existing identity systems with mainframe systems so they appear as a single directory store to the portal security application. The solution gives the high-availability, speed, and scalability required in a banking environment. RadiantOne also gave development teams the ability to separate projects better, isolate bottlenecks, and troubleshoot effectively, resulting in even faster time to deployment. Development teams worked on their respective portions of a project without waiting for dependent services or components to be completed.
Federated Directories through Virtualization: The bank has identity systems for internal systems, applications & devices, and external sources. Maintaing security and compliance with federal, corporate and banking regulations is a must. RadiantOne provided a single platform to bring all sources together, making legacy systems appear as open systems, without disturbing existing integration points, while preserving security and maintaining regulatory compliance.
CA & CoreBlox
Todd Clayton talks of how Radiant Logic solutions helped his business.
Integrating Acquired Companies into your Global Identity Infrastructure: Computer Associates developed multiple data silos due to multiple acquisitions. The competition for limited resources, such as legacy systems, was getting higher with each new acquisition. RadiantOne delivered a single repository for all external systems for authentication and authorization services. Help Desk support costs dropped as users were able more self-enabled and sales increased through quicker integration of customers into existing customer systems. Leveraging RadiantOne’s caching technology alleviated traffic on legacy systems and provided higher availability than was previously possible from the underlying sources. CA was able to empower customers while also providing better security with a unified view of users across all identity stores.
NorthWestern University
Tom Board of Northwestern University talks of how Radiant Logic products have helped his school’s processes.
Multi-Forest Active Directory Synchronizations: The University began using Active Directory as a department-level tool to manage users within their own divisions. As time passed the need to centralize all users became necessary for security, compliance, and to reduce administration costs. RadiantOne was implemented to establish a central user repository, enrich user attributes in AD, and synchronize passwords across multiple-AD forests with different schemas. Northwestern was able to comply with FERPA and University data policies to guarantee privacy that was not possible with direct AD bind requests or establishing trust between forests.
